As AI is wired into the systems that run society, the world needs an independent institution that can measure whether those systems are reliable, safe, and worthy of trust. We are building that institution, and we intend for it to become the reference the market relies on.

Reform Intelligence AI, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware as a public benefit corporation. Our chartered purpose commits us to the public interest in trustworthy AI, alongside our responsibilities to shareholders. We operate with the discipline and disclosure of a public institution from day one.
Founder
Dr. Ben E. Magee
Founder and Principal · PhD, CHS-III, CISSP, PMP
Dr. Ben E. Magee is a serial entrepreneur and senior technology executive with more than 30 years of demonstrated leadership across commercial, government, and defense technology sectors. He has founded, co-founded, or acquired more than 14 companies with valuations exceeding $175 million, and has managed over $140 million in enterprise revenue.
He served as a Chief Design Architect for critical national security infrastructure, contributed to Pentagon connectivity restoration following 9/11, and held a Top Secret/SSBI clearance. His credentials include a PhD in Management Information Systems, an MS in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Johns Hopkins, and CISSP, PMP, CHS-III, and CCIE certifications.
He founded Reform Intelligence to bring institutional independence and measurement rigor to the evaluation of artificial intelligence, building the institution he believes the market will ultimately rely on.
